Good for James Cleverly.
Leavers and remainers alike must now join in uniting under a front runner with the belief in Brexit to get Britain out of the EU by 31st Oct come hell or high water or even both.
Better a risk of no deal Brexit with Boris than certain disaster under Corbyn.

Her message about leaving on 31st October is similar to Dominic Raab and Boris Johnson.
They would do well to join forces if they want to be part of forming the next government and getting the UK out of the EU.
There are many remain elements to to the Conservative Party that are conspiring to stop Brexit so they may need to stick together to survive.

Damian Green was Mrs May's closest political friend in her cabinet until the scandal that brought him down.
This rather points to Matt Hancock being most similar politically to May.
Lets hope Hancock finds another job.

MP's must get Brexit done at all costs.
If Brexit doesn't happen soon, we'll have a Corbyn government.
A Corbyn government would prove a lot worse than any potential 'No-Deal' downturn - real or imagined.

Lets hope that tonight's results deliver a clear message to all Conservative MP's to get Brexit done at all costs.

I think the 3 key questions to ask ourselves when choosing a candidate are:

Is their belief in Brexit strong enough to walk away without a deal if necessary?
Do they have enough support with the Conservatives and DUP to hold the working majority together?
Are they charismatic enough to win the support of the country in the event of a General Election?

If the answer is 'Yes' to all 3 then that person is someone to support.

The last paragraph is particularly wise; those who positively adapt, are the ones who thrive.
