Because the Welfare class and poor BLACKs have been under the spell of the Race Hustlers like Jackson, Sharpton, NAACP, Reverends in many Black churches, and the sleazeball MSM, perpetrators of social injustices are benefiting handsomely at the polls. A monolithic voting block who would not vote for JESUS unless they see (D) next to the candidate Jesus's name.

Sad thing for the Blacks living in the Urban Ghettos is that their lot will not be improving unless they take personal responsibility for their own destiny.
