<description>pension funds are guaranteed by the government as they should be if a non union or union co. goes out of business the pbgc pays the pensioner. This bill is just to cover multi-employer funds which only guarantee a fraction of what is owed these tend to be 100 percent union and are mostly construction and build trade jobs. Why shouldn&amp;#039;t Americans expect to get what is owed them. Companies now are not offering pensions and our 401k&amp;#039;s are being pillaged by wall street and we know social security is going bust so what is the solution work till you drop this sound third world to me not the American dream. No one cares about these people who paid in to these pension plans for 40 years. </description>
