I love that they have finally constructed a single level ranch home- having a handicapped mom, I know this would make life so much easier, and welcoming for her! A king bed in the MB - just perfect !!! And the "smart MB shower!" what a concept... how lovely to have that little extra luxury. Also absolutely thrilled to see all the added upper level storage space over the garage... and with all the bells and whistles! The great room and media screens, to the pool and expansive outdoor living space and the little outdoor shower, this house just keeps getting better and better. What I love about this location, not unlike the past few locals of dream homes - is that they support and encourage active lifestyles! The weather and accessibility to so much diverse activity is a great motivator - The home is beautiful and transitions so easily from activity to quiet relaxation. Sure, there's always the risk of "weather" - but where can you go where there isn't? Personally, we (my family and I) would welcome a full time lifestyle in this home - coming from the NE, we would transition nicely to enjoying the warmer climate year round, and could always travel back up to do our skiing! (for vacations!) This home is so inviting and comfortable both inside and out... so yes, we could learn to enjoy golfing, and already enjoy kayaking and cycling so we are half way there!
