Thoughts and prayers to those inspectors.
First they are going to fix the water from the river running through town. Next they are going to fix the sound from the railroad running through town. I suggest they work on the temperature of the air or the amount of sunlight downtown next. No one wants to be in a city that is too hot/cold or too shady/sunny! If they paid me $250k I could come up with a big fan and a HUGE umbrella...or a big sponge system to put on the banks of the river or a train tunnel going under the city (like the ped walkway under Collins) or...

The state should monitor people diagnosed as bipolar? What about depression? What about ADHD? What about the state requiring everyone to be on some medication and monitoring everyone's drug levels? Scary.
