OT but is anyone having problems with previously placed orders... I placed one on October 3rd. One item shipped but the rest say "has yet to ship" and they are all newer arrivals and in stock online. I called them yesterday and they told me they were shipping out that day but still are marked "has yet to ship" I don't get it?
