The message coming out of D.C. seems to be only suckers pay taxes. There have been five big names (Dashle, Geithner, Killefer, Solis, Kennedy) exposed as having tax issues, i.e, not paying them. Maybe these people should be appointed to cabinet positions since they seem to be strong advocates of ultimate tax relief, again, not paying them.
