Drop gimmick ppv's all together. Integrate gimmick matches into the standard ppvs as and when a feud requires them. Restore Money in the Bank to Wrestlemania exclusive. Get people excited about standard matches again.

Depends what they mean by not somebody on the roster. Do they mean somebody not employed by WWE? Because they could just mean somebody who is employed by WWE but not currently active. If it's the latter, it will be John Cena.

Completely agree. He should have done a Mankind, where he gets off the stretcher and walks back to the ring. Would have made him look badass.
