Hey Tea-Party Patriots The Unions Leaders and Congress are up to no good again. Man they keep so many things in the air. But H.R. 413 Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act of 2009 My god how could you be against something with that kind of title. In essence it is a LAW to make all public employees members of Unions with the enforcement of the Federal Government being the arbitrator. It cites the Following (4) The Federal Government is in the position to encourage conciliation, mediation, and voluntary arbitration to aid and encourage employers and the representatives of their employees to reach and maintain agreements concerning rates of pay, hours, and working conditions, and to make all reasonable efforts through negotiations to settle their differences by mutual agreement reached through collective bargaining or by such methods as may be provided for in any applicable agreement for the settlement of disputes. Is this the End of America? I cannot believe that more people are not catching on to what is about to happen to this country. This country for over 100 years from the right and the left has been slowly creeping into a every increasing the overbearing Federal Bureaucracy. It has finally become a Fascist or Socialist state now depending on your definition. There is no denying it. When the Federal Government steps in and prevents a company from failing that is meddling. But when that same government through the threat and innuendos of brute force or the threat of the government and the scorn of their allies in the media business are beholding to the government, it is no longer a capitalist. As when Obama scorns the bondholders into accepting a deal that is not fair to them. We have succumbed to the tyranny of government that has to be feared. Is it too late? Is this the end of America?

The scary part is they have not figured a couple things on this story. First the impact of Cap & Trade is going to have on inflationary pressure. That expense is going to cost everyone including those at the bottom of the pecking order. Next is going to be the cost of Government healthcare, now they are talking a VAT tax. Folks; VAT is not a simple sales tax. That is a compounding tax. A product goes through production and at every phase it is taxed. Just imagine what it will do to the price of a car. Next is how much inflationary pressure is going to take place in the next year as a result of printing 1 Trillion dollars? I see a snowball coming that is going to make this country totally collapse and that is what they want.

SUB-PRIMERS and DEADBEATERS Let me see if I got this right. Ok The Government has not, does not let us drill here. They don’t let us build refineries. The Government then tells us we can’t have nuclear power. Thus the Government makes us dependent on foreign sources for energy supply. Next the Government both sides mind you decide to change the banking laws under Clinton and Republican house to blur the line between the Investment Banks and regular banks and Insurance companies. Plus they let them bundle things into a Financial Derivative. Then place mark to market accounting rules. Next the Government forces the bank to write a much higher ratio of Sub-Prime loans. Hello Freddie and Fannie MAC. They start writing loans to people without any background checks or verification of income. People who should have never been in a home, we will call them Sub-Primers, are now in a home. So we have literally hundreds of thousands of Mortgages teeter with disaster. Living in home they really could not afford They had the rug pulled out from under them when gas hits $4 a gallon because of supply and demand. The Sub-Primers had to decide do I pay the mortgage or by gas? Then they start to default. So we have all these derivatives that they cannot value, the banks could have been saved by changing the rules and it would not have cost a dime. So we lose value on our home, we lose half the value on the stock market. Why? Both Sides Republican and Democrats set this up and failed us. The Sub-Primers were living beyond their means and we get to pay for it. The Auto industry tanks and Bush decides to bail them out. Along with bailing out the banks and AIG. How does GE Financial and GMAC get TARP money? Now to draw attention away they push through this distraction and who is going to pay for it? Not the Democrats or Republicans. Not the Sub-Primers or the deadbeaters that ran up all that debt. Not the gang that received the bail outs. Not the UAW who get the sweetest deal, they become owners of two of the big three. We pay for it. This is the same gang who wants to run health care? Folks we are about to loose our AAA credit rating what do you think it is going to do us?

First this is just a distraction issue. A Gee Look at what we did for you. It does nothing to keep rates low. And how does it really work, well it limits how they can go after dead beats. So who is going to foot the bill? Those of us who pay their bills on time will lose incentives like reward point. The banks will be able to charge interest right away. Taking away whatever benefits there was to have a single bill. So let me see if I get this right. We had $4 Gas hit as result of the government not letting us drill here. We had literally hundreds of thousands of people in homes on Sub-Prime that Chris Dodd and Barnie Frank insisted that Fannie and Freddie buy up. Then we had people teetering on the edge of foreclosure they were pushed over the edge by the $ 4 gallon. Banks started to Collapse as a result, Bush could have simply change the accounting rules away from Mark to market account that Barney Frank insisted on after Enron. Then GM and Chrysler start to Fail and Bush bails them out, perhaps if it were not for $4 gas they would not have had a problem. My House Value has drop because of the Sub-Primers Then the anointed one decides he will bailout the Sub-Primers I watched as my 401K became a 001K, not that I want a bailout, but I have to pay their mortgage. Now we are going to help pay their Credit Card Sub-Primer and Dead Beaters get bailed out, we get to foot the bill.
