idk man, I watched the trailer 10 times already and her moves do look Marth like. She could be a faster lighter version of Marth in the same vein as Link to Toon Link but nothing spelled Original from her move set at all

Naw bro. Lucina has her own page bro with a big ass update logo above her picture. Marth has his own page as well. I do agree she does just seem like a Female Marth with obvious attire and blue hair. Clone? maybe but a separate character non the less
