I read in another article that this happened at the back of the bus, so I’m going to assume the driver couldn’t hear what was going on.

Had I been the monitor, I would have taken action. At the very least had the driver return to the school and brought the principle on board. If she truely can't say or do anything, then what is the point of having a bus monitor?
As I said, I feel for the woman. She did not deserve the harassment. I am saying that had she taken action, it would not have escalted to what it became.

Kids have always been cruel at that age and they will feed off each other in groups.
I feel for this woman, but I have to ask. As a bus monitor, isn't her job to stop kids from doing things like this? Where was the bus driver?

I was thinking the same thing. Pretty much every beer maker has increased their prices 25% over the last few months. That's quite a steep increase to impose and not expect a sales drop.
