Yeah, I said it. Born Atheist. Like most people, I was both brainwashed and indoctrinated from birth to accept delusional horseshit as if it were true. It's been within the last decade I took responsibility for educating myself and now proudly join the masses in legitimate reality and shedding the unstable garbage that is religion and metaphysical beliefs.

There is no god, and whether there actually was one named Jesus or whether that, too, is just another prophet mythos like those it seems to have borrowed from, nobody's gonna save your silly ass but yourself. You're not going anywhere when you die except in the ground (or the BBQ). Best get up off your knees while you have some life left and recognize what counts is here, now...before your entire life is a wasted glimmer in the grand scheme of things.

Don't preach to me. I've heard it all before and it's nonsense. Have at it.

Welcome to the Anarchism section at Barmaid's Brain. I am an Anarchist and proud of it. I think it's high time the people in this country (and all the other ones) got up off their knees, pulled their heads out of their asses and learned how to be accountable for themselves and to themselves without clinging to a master to fix every little problem they encounter. People have become pathetic candyasses, all too eager to kick off another activist group to whine about getting called a name or to bitch about people who have decided not to waste their lives being cowards.

If we don't grow the fuck up, we surely deserve exactly what we get.
