Breitbart.com : Google backs climate-change weather insurance startup

I love this, Google is brilliant or really stupid. If you know anything about agriculture, you know that one farmer's disaster is another farmer's windfall. Weather wipes out crops every year, and has since humans started farming. A thunderstorm could wipe my crop out and the grower across the street can be untouched, the rainfall total for the year would be the same so their would not be an insurance pay. The only significant difference in weather today, than in the past is have 24 hour news and the internet.

Big Government : Prop 23: Will California Reject Climatism?

As Attorney General Jerry Brown tried to lie to the voters by saying that it would nullify California's air pollution laws. The supporters of Prop 23 sued and won and the ballot description was changed (expect in Fresno County where the ballot description still has Brown's lies.) Green jobs are the holy grail of progressive (communist) politics and the people in California are buying the lies. Jerry Brown's previous two terms are a major reason for the loss of business in California. AB 32 is the nail in the coffin for California.

Big Government : Florida Court Slams Obamacare

Isn't it great that Ivy League educated lawyers and judges are no longer taught the US Constitution. We would not have a United States of America if not for the Bill of Rights. The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution severely limits the power of the federal government (note that we do not have a central government.) The Constitution can change (as it has many times) by approval of 3/4 of the states. The 10th Amendment clearly limits the federal government in it's scope and power, subject to any later amendments. The federal courts have for decades ignored the 10th amendment and have used the "Commerce Clause" to ignore the limits of the federal government. The commerce clause was intended to protect states from unfair trade practices between the states not give the federal government power over the states. In addition, the supremacy clause must interpreted in light of the 10 amendment which limits the power of the federal government to the powers expressly granted to the federal government. But what do I know, I didn't graduate from an Ivy League school. For all of you Ivy League scum sucking judges, the 10 amendment reads as follows: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. We have a Constitution to protect the Republic from the politics of the day but unfortunately the Republic and the Constitution are dead, when is funeral? When do the reeducation camps begin?

Breitbart.tv : Jerry Brown's Economic Plan: 'If We Can Find Some More Money, We Can Dish It Out'

The state employee unions are a problem that Brown himself created by signing the Ralph C. Dills Act. Public employee unions are the largest contributors, they make the Chamber of Commerce (the organization Obama is going after) look like amateurs

Breitbart.tv : Backlash Over Violent Global Warming Ad

Every year when the progressives are turning out their lights, I have a bbq, a fire in the fire pit (burning centuries old oak) and turn every inside and outside light that I have control. This year I think I will burn propane heaters and a lights in my rv using my gasoline generator. Man, I'm getting exited, LOL.

Breitbart.tv : AFL-CIO Advocates Cutting Off AZ Cops From Federal Training

State law enforcement, at least here in the Socialist Republic of Kalefornia, has much more minimum training (A California POST Certificate) than any federal agency. I suspect that continuing education requirements are much greater than the feds.. I suppose that this is only logical because the states have the police power and the fed's power is severely restricted by the US Constitution.

I really love hearing Chris Matthews, after Barry's Oval Office Speech, saying how the Carter energy plan was the end of the Carter Administration. The progressives don't understand their so called green energy plan has been subsidized for more than 30 years. They might want to look at GE, BP, Exxon, the corn lobby, and PG&E (all big dem contributors, as the obstacles to alternative energy sources. They buy up any competition, with government blessings. Do you ever wonder why solar panels are based on expensive 50 year old technology? Look at what the companies above produce. We have chronie capitalism which favors the progressives by a large margin in political contributions (about 70 to 30 in favor of Democrats.)

Big Government : Bernanke's the Person of the Year, Dean Takes on Health Care, and You Have to Pay Your Mortgage

Greenspan, Bernanke, and Geitner could have halted the real estate and banking crash had they been paying attention. I am just a common person and I predicted the crash years ago. Clearly when a couple can buy a house they cannot afford with an interest only loan, then gain so much appreciation that they are able to refinance with a conventional mortgage and take enough cash out to buy a BMW in just months. Clearly there was going to be a big crash. The Federal reserve could have slowly raised interest rates and we could have had a "soft landing."

I am hoping (not the same as counting) that the Republicans can finally grow some and stand up for the Constitution. I know that is hoping for a lot, but what other options do we have other than an armed revolt? I personally don't have any arms (other than Popeye type forarms) so it would be difficult. The framers were wise to call for elections every two years.

I went to the NOAA website a couple of days ago and they promised to supply are of their data, even the raw data. I suspect that they may find that they threw the raw data away. Do anyone wonder why NASA, the CRU and others are using FORTRAN for their models? FORTRAN is a dead language for a good reason, it's lousy!
