I got a really good deal for an iphone 4 on 4.2.1, problem is it's from a different country and it uses another service than I do. Do you think I can take the unlock coming soon for granted? because this way I could save a lot of money. Thanks!

I have an iPhone 4 on 4.2.1 with the old baseband 1.59.00. if I restore it in itunes will it automatically upgrade the baseband? thanks
