It should be noted that Christian is the *creator* of the famed Bacone ... we just documented it ... :-) Thanks Christian! I prefer to pair with OJ ... it helps offset the nitrates/nitrites in the bacon so you don't die (true story) ... :-)

Maybe it makes sense to wait until after March 21, and we'll have thrown two. THEN we can talk about what we've learned and get the bacon happening in Sydney.
