Texas Child Protective Services needs to implement a new policy of checking up on new mothers and their stability regularly. This woman must have been hearing voices BEFORE she got pregnant, so why is this such a shock? Who thought she'd be a stable mother hearing voices?!!! and not for nothing but why do voices in someone's head always tell them to kill? Why don't these voices say, "clean the house", "help the poor", or "vote Republican".
