I bet the management wouldn't be offended if you paid them with a check that had a flag on it!

Or better yet you could not pay them because your checks have flags on them and you wouldn't want to offend the owner. Obviously not a good idea, but could you imagine the cash flow problems if the tenants all paid 29 days late.
