OnStar can be installed on other vehicles but it is mainly for GM and has a yearlly fee since it does more than LoJack (like asking you if you need assistance or directions etc.) . marieswan already mentioned GM in the comment. LoJack can be installed on any vehicle and is mainly for vehicle recovery after a theft and has a one time installation fee (no yearly fee as explained to me by a Toyota dealership).
