Boy, the hills are funnnn! I was sliding going up one of the lesser ones yesterday, with chains on. The snowplows throw up mounds of snow, making it hard to get to the side streets or away from the curbs. People were snowboarding on alameda avenue. I am glad I got those chains. I went to one store wednesday, and they were out of my car's size, so I went to the napa in warrenton. They had some, the guy standing next to me at the counter said "why are you getting those, we never get any of that stuff around here"(Warrenton is very flat) Well, I see they have been quite busy even in warrenton with people sliding off the road, even out by the Peter Iredale. So, now I will have to dig a space through the snow bank so my car can get away from the curb. And we still can't make it up the driveway, even with the chains.
