It was due to his mental health. They had to treat it before they could try him, just like in civilian court but with more regulations under UCMJ.

I am a former Army Intel Soldier and I can tell you you are correct..this story is fishy and I dont buy it for a second..there is more to this and I doubt we will ever know.

Ok, so let me get this straight. For those who lost power for 5 days you will give them 10 dollars a day to compensate for leaving them in freezing temps with no heat. 50.00 doesnt even cover the cost of the hotel i am sure many had to get, especially if they have children. PSE should be giving a credit to anyone who lost power for more than a day, period!!

And dont give me the power loss will show with you not being charged for the day BS either, because trust me it wont. I was gone for a week, shut everything off and unplugged everything and had the exact same bill I did for the month before. PSE you are such a joke. We need another company to come in and push this monopoly out!!!

I am outraged that PSE would ask for this but at the same time it doesn't surprise me. I agree with a previous poster, they are turning into Comcast. PSE should be ashamed of themselves for last weeks disaster and how people were treated when they called in. Telling us lines were busy and to call back later is inexcusable. You want to be a big company then act like it and when power is out bring more crews, as many as it takes, to get it on in a much faster turnaround than a week!! and now you want more money to do nothing...I think not!! I will fight this tooth and nail, PSE you just made an enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And getting paid overtime to do it unlike the soldiers working 24 hours 7 days a week for 12 months. At least the soldiers can get stuff done unlike PSE. 4 days and still no power. Pathetic.
