Funny ... my WWII vet Dad and all his friends used the word "clips". When we deer hunted, we used the word "clips".

As a resident of Washougal, you are wrong. All Clark County agencies train and drill together. All use the Incident Command System. All are well versed in tactics and strategies and have been for many years.

Really? As in more than any community around here? You got facts? I have lived there for many years. There is no more of a drug problem there than in Camas, Vancouver, Clackamas or Portland. It's the same! Real easy to dump on a rural town, ism't it? Give me some facts or shut up.

They are constantly painting on that bridge as it needs pacthes done. And decibel ranges are all relative. How far away are you? Which way is the wind blowing? What kind of baffling and deflection can they provide to direct the noise elsewhere? 100 decibels at the source do not eqate whn you are 200 feet or more away from the source.
