Anyone following speedskating knows the crap he pulled back in 2002 at Colorado Springs. O'Hare, who did not skate in the 1000 m, filed a formal complaint. The complaint was founded on Ohno's seemingly deliberate attempt to stop Biondo from being able to pass Smith. Because of that blocking move on Biondo, Smith finished in second place and Davis finished first. They had a hearing and HE SHOULD have been busted but they let him slide. He's SHADY. PERIOD.
