This was not a case in which a person was speeding and rushing and being impatient. It is very sad that the woman lost her life!!! I feel so bad for the family of MarikoLea. However, let the investigators finish their report prior to making judgments. What if the accident was not caused by carelessness... what if is was medical or mechanical? Accidents are accidents and this woman that ran the light has to live with the fact that she did kill someone... There are two parties in this case suffering!

Shame on all of you who judge without knowing the full extent of the accident.... many people drive careless; you should be commended for not being one of those people. I guess none of you ever drive sick or drive when your tired. Its soooo very sas that this woman died... however, none of you know what happened and you judge so quickly that this person deserves criminal charges. What happened to an accident being an accident?
