For those in doubt or in need of a memory refreshment from drivers ed:

Look at the other stops to see if there are any other vehicles stopped or moving. The vehicles leave the stop signs in the same order in which they arrived. The first vehicle to arrive at a complete stop is the first vehicle allowed to leave the stop sign.

Know that if there is more than one vehicle arriving at the same time at the 4-way stop, the vehicle furthest to the right is allowed to leave first. Always allow at least a few seconds to make sure no one else takes off even if it your turn to leave first. Many people do not follow this rule, even though it is the legal way to leave a 4-way stop.

DRiving through most towns and cities brings you to a 4-way stop at some point. Whether it is at a stop sign or a red light, 4-way stops can confuse some of the most experienced drivers. There is only one set of rules that applies to 4-way stops, although many people don't follow them.

Other than the drivers that blatantly ignore the stop signs and fly right through them, risking the lives of countless people, I find 4-way stop signs to be the most dangerous because of the urge people get to hurry up and leave the intersection before the next car pulls up, thus not coming to a complete stop and usually forgetting to look in directions other than the one the car they are racing to beat is coming from.

She doesn't even deserve the privileged of death. More like a life in prison and hopefully female prisons are like male prisons where they beat you and rape you for child abuse.

I've been pulled over by Officer Hunter twice. Once for speeding and once for having a tail light out. He was actually polite even though I was quite pissed about the speeding accusation, and as it turned out my speedometer was showing 7 mph under what I was actually going.

And he only wrote me a warning for the tail light. Maybe I should have assaulted him if I wanted to see his true personality???

Wow. What a small world. This is obviously the girl who posted on the "Club Fight/Police Abuse" incident claiming she was beaten up by a police officer for no reason. As expected, in her comment on the Salisbury Post she failed to mention she broke the law multiple times and even hit the police officer with her door!

What's even more depressing is I went to school with this girl and her older brother and also knew of her family. She had great potential to be one of the smartest students in the county but quickly went down the wrong path and now you see where it's gotten her

Good Luck on that justice rally -- what a freakin' joke! Members of THUG and other such organizations need to get out of the "We are always the victim" mindset and start accepting blame for the problems you cause. Good work Officer Hunter on dishing out a dose of reality to this unfit mother. Just because you are a (half) black female doesn't mean you get away with assaulting a police officer, as much as the THUG group wants you to believe.

Ok I see what the problem is here. You and the friend you speak of are very self-conscious about the color of your skin. You "go anywhere and are concerned whether or not someone will make assumptions about you because of the color of your skin", but the truth is, when you are around people like myself, the only assumption that is being made is by YOU in assuming I am racist. You are subconsciously being racist yourself without even realizing it!

If you got in an argument about a glass being half-empty, you'd say the person who claims the glass is half-full is racist just because they disagree with you.

ALL PLASTIC PRODUCTS SHOULD BE MADE FROM HEMP SEED OIL. Hempen plastics are biodegradable! Over time, they would break down and not harm the environment. Oil-based plastics, the ones we are very familiar with, help ruin nature; they do not break down and will do great harm in the future.

The process to produce the vast array of natural (hempen) plastics will not ruin the rivers as Dupont and other petrochemical companies have done. Ecology does not fit in with the plans of the Oil Industry and the political machine. Hemp products are safe and natural.
