Did Julia, in the photo above in this article, purposely mess up her hair to specifically contrast the argument she's presenting? I get her argument and it's awesome she's standing up for this, but if she is presenting herself that way on purpose, there's a big difference between making yourself presentable vs Photoshopping a person's body.

The Higgs Boson could also explain and support that the Big Bang Theory does not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy (notice it's a law, not a theory). Calling it the "God Particle" has nothing to do with it. Finding evidence that can prove the Big Bang Theory has everything to do with it. THAT's what will be entertaining. Right now, the Big Bang Theory is just a theory because the Standard Model that physics is based on cannot factually support the theory until all these subatomic particles that are hypothesized are proven to exist and function the way they are thought.

His trial is set for July 17th. He's not convicted yet, so there's no sentence yet. Also, he hasn't been charged with any violent crime and the charges against him fit the orders to stay away from the internet and children. It's apparent the judge did not find enough evidence to keep him in jail for the community's safety. Innocent until proven guilty is how our justice system works. You may not like it in this case, but if you ever find yourself in court for whatever reason, I'm sure you'd appreciate it a little bit better.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to be a flight attendant anymore. I've heard (from a 20/20 interview) that they don't get paid unless the plane is flying. So, during a delay like this, he's not getting paid.

Apple has indeed sued other organizations based on the apple logo. City of New York (you know, "The Big Apple") was sued by Apple for using a logo featuring an apple on their GreeNYC program. Agreed, death threats are a bit too far, but how's that for a reality check for the little brats? Let this be a lesson learned - they feel like it's funny enough to torment someone and post it on YouTube, they get a healthy dose of it back. The point is, they need to realize that they REALLY angered people all across the country, and even the world. I have no sympathy regarding the death threats; however, hopefully they're merely threats and no one will actually try anything.
