Just because a person is removed from the rear window of a car does not indicate whether or not they were driving the car. The damage to the car would determine the best method of extraction.
Also, though I commend the creation of a website to defend someone you think is innocent, I can't understand why in the world you would post a document that includes a person's Social Security number, home address, and other very private information. How does THAT help them??? You might want to rethink that decision...
