Logically, that is correct. However, a BIG assumption in your statement is that building a 10x product is fairly straightforward. If that were true, all companies would be successful, customers would be happy and so on. That is not the case.

Building a 10x product is not science, nor is it art in the literal sense. Even a great movie has a formal script. All great novels have a definite structure. So there is definitely a set of practices that could help in building a 10x product, but in no way is there a guarantee.
