So, the Health District had no choice but to spend it&#039;s reserves. Then the economic recession hit &amp; the Health District had no money, the Health District saw it coming, knew it would cripple Public Health if there was a pandemic, &amp; guess what, they were right. A lot of my classmates had no intention of working in the hospital setting after graduation, for these reasons &amp; more.
