<description>Even when user error is not  in play, sometimes the engineers get it wrong. On my work desktop, the USB ports on the front are upside down from the usual orientation. </description>

<description>I assume he was talking about heating/cooling the house. I am not sure about the figure quoted, but a house with a lot of thermal mass and very good insulation coupled with a ground loop heat exchanger and passive solar would take very little energy to maintain temperatures.  </description>
