Maybe we need to bash the heads of that prosecutor and the one in Kosciusko County together and then the sentences could fit appropriately in both cases that have been in the news.

What I'm not understanding is the difference in the justice possibly being served in two separate counties right now with this young guy and the one in kosciusko county.
This young guy in this situation according to the way it has been reported, had not planned to kill his grandpa but had wrestled his mind with the idea for awhile the night he did it and he's facing possible life without parole, then you have the monster in Kosciusko County who PLANNED with friends and carried out the COLD BLOODED MURDER of his step-father and he is only charged and sentenced with Conspiracy to commit murder and he's only doing 12.5 yrs. HOW WRONG! Personally I'd rather see the little monster in Kosciusko County's case serve life without parole and the young guy who this story is about serve a lighter sentence with a lot of extra help of counseling and things like that.

No, I personally don't think he should have just said shame on you dog and let it be. He should have had the dog confined for starters if it wasn't to begin with. Then for the fact it bit a child, for whatever reason, call Animal control to come and properly restrain the dog and then go from there where the dog would go.

It makes me proud to see the wonderful support people have given here for this man.
I too agree let the man keep his career! He said he had consenting sex with a man, he didn't say he was gay. Maybe he was curious.

I always hear what polite well mannered children I have all the time. I have to snicker cause they are massive rugrats at home. (In a good way. Typical fighting with each other type things)

At 14-15 yrs of age, the worst thing I ever did was not eat for about a week or so because this guy I had a crush on said if I'd lose some weight he would date me. And also, a friend and I went walking in the rain for hours talking when she told her mom she was at my place and I told mine I was at her place and we ended up very sick. I sure never thought about shooting an innocent person in the face.

I agree with you on the whole school used as a daycare and how the lack of affection could be a problem. BUT where is it the responsibility of a school or daycare to make up for what the parents failed in? I don't remember ever being hugged or kissed while growing up and I'm no murderer.
I agree with kids don't belong in a daycare that cannot.. due to possible lawsuits and overcrowding... give your child the nurturing attention that you would. But from working in a federal ran daycare-preschool program, we were not even supposed to hug a child. I don't agree with that but it was rules due to the fine line of the good touch bad touch that some people don't understand.
