I used a No_BB IPSW, host file pointed to Apple, use Redsn0w to put the phone in pwnedDFU mode. Then navigate iTunes to the IPSW and I received error 1604, I don't know what could it be, really I've been tryng many methods... the iphone doesn't have wifi, bluetooth, icid imei are not displayed either... I have SHSH for 4.1 and 4.3.2 I was reading yesterday that those symtoms could been caused by bb corruption and logic card may be compromised.... any suggestion?

I haven't upgrade itunes because I don't really know if I will need it.... PLEASE Help me here!

Hi, I have a 3gs, version 4.3.2, bb 06.15.00, I would like to know if I can update it to a newer version preserving bb to unlock since i live in Venezuela, what would you suggest me, I read in iclarified How to Upgrade Your iPhone to iOS 5.1 Without Updating Your Baseband (Win), will it work for me? and then is it possible to unlock? Is this a unthetered way, since I have a battery drainage issue from the previous process it could be a little annoying.... Thanks for your help!

i tried SAM for the push notification and it seems that helps the battery issue too, but it does not last as before... nothing is perfect, try to close as many app as you can before you stop using them, it helps a little more!

well i had the same question, someone told me try using a real gps app since iphone use triangularization or something like that... well i'm in venezuela i tried to download some gps app and all of them were ok, but with the maps on the iphone works fine with wifi and with my carrier... so as far as I see it works for me... if you know something else, let me know... And let me know if you experience push or battery issues... for the push notification I used SAM, very good one!

try reading iclarified, there are many tutorials that can be helpful, first of all read about every option you may have, then decide for one, i do recommend snowbreeze, because you can create your custom IPSW and keep it, and the process is not that dificult... whatever you try let us know... it was nice to read that someone else could do it all without losing gps... so if you're lucky tell us :)
