<description>I wouldn&amp;#039;t be so bad if Mediacom wasn&amp;#039;t such a polarizing company. If you ever have to deal with their tech support then you know how crappy they really are when something goes wrong. Which, has been a far greater occurrence than any other provider I&amp;#039;ve had. On top of this, after your done with introductory rates you get gouged on the back end. So when a company with a horrible track record announces a rate increase, stuff like these comments happen.   As far as I&amp;#039;m concerned, they are reaping what they sow.    </description>
