I, too, agree Melissa played the sympathy card. For some reason it just felt like it was in very bad taste (no pun intended). She is a PR pro after all. We all have sad stories, but they are aired on different networks than FN. Her cooking was great, but I don't want to know about the chefs' life histories. I just want to learn new things about cooking and be inspired. I'll watch Oprah if I want emotional TV. Jeffrey made a poor choice with the risotto, but scored high on the rest of the meal. He's my personal favorite.

Go to videos on the FN video site and type in Julia Child videos. There's a great video on the history of Julia. She's the reason cooking shows even exist.__
