There is a local lady who is connected with some growers in Michigan and she takes orders and gets a big delivery and we pick up from her. I found out about her through the ladies at our local homeschool co-op. You could try asking around, some natural foods co-ops have similar things... it has been such a huge blessing to our family this summer!!

That's so cool that there are multi-age classroom options for you in the city! It worked for some hundreds of years, and with better results than most of today's institutions, in my not-always-so-humble opinion... It's so neat to hear that there are options like that today!

We never really stopped schooling... we have days off when there is a lot going on, but we never actually stop...

We just happen to have wrapped up some things and are ready to start some new books, so we're calling it the start of a new school year, but it's all kind of arbitrary when we school all year...

Why June? 'Cause our big book order came in :-)
