I really wish people would stop sticking their nose in everyone's business. This is not really a big problem out there. Some animal's are actually more distracting when they are not with you. At least until they get use to the scituation. I'm not promoting this with animal's. I have been in a position, where they have been less of a distraction sitting with me. It is not for everyone. You should know as an adult if it is distracting you and interfering with your driving. I just don't believe you need to be pulled over and fined by our local gov't.. I think our police force has enough to contend with as well as the public. Anyway, if it is a problem noticed by a police officer. I believe they could easily give you a warning and/or write you up for reckless driving.
