Did you ever think they are keeping him because it's safer for him to be in jail versus back on the streets. Since the media did a BANG UP job putting his name, picture, school out there some idiots are still going to be after him. Instead of criticizing the Police why not criticize the media for publicizing information about an individual -- if something happens to him it will be on their shoulders.
