a few things:

1. I never said there's anything 'wrong' being a thinker

2. For a few references, try Nassim Taleb, Scott Adams and maybe read some of Trump's early books

3. 'Anecdotes put together from nothing' - seriously, bro, i don't know what you're smokin'...

4. The article is based on the FACT that most Malaysians are anti-Trump. Why and how? Well, the piece hopes to put forward a fresh angle, suggesting a way fwd beyond political battle lines. Your comment also betrays the FACT that some ppl (like you) are too close-minded to grasp anything beyond what you've made up your mind about.

5. OMG, you must be a frickin' **genius** on African students in M'sian edu institutions because you pick them up via Uber. Bravo.

i think u missed the point, dude.

nobody wants to bring non-halal cake into McD's.

what we 'whining losers' are concerned about is the increasing profusion/diffusion of halal 'warnings'. granted, practically speaking, it's a small issue, but **symbolically** (or symptomatically) it's massive.

where do we draw the line between cultural respect and religious xenophobia? and w Jakim's reputation, they're hardly Nobel prize winners for cultural harmony, are they?
