Thank you so much for this post. I just had a bad DHL experience through eShakti. A dress that cost $48 ended up costing an extra $49.58 in original shipping, duties, taxes, and DHL fees. I called DHL several times and got contradictory answers to my questions. What a terrible company! eShakti has yet to answer my email. I am so disappointed Anthropologie is using this method. Like some other Canadians, I am lucky enough to live close to the border so I sometimes use a company to receive my packages. But this is a hassle and not free either. All of this means less online shopping for me unless DHL is not part of the package. At least the store in West Vancouver is open now, so Greater Vancouver has two stores.
