This isn't a happy club at the moment, and we need a manager in place who players will want to play for. That isn't Keen - I just see another Roeder in the making. Ideally it would be Pardew, he built a team to be proud of over a couple of seasons in the Championship. We need to major rebuilding programme over the summer and next year, because let's be realistic, there's going to be an exodus and I really doubt we're coming straight back up - you can't rebuild a decent squad from scratch in just one season.
