The government already has fields in the south that they have been experimenting with.Yes there will be those who operate vehicles while under the influence ,which you still get a ticket for now just as alcohal, that's why it from owi to oui.It could be done like Copehagen and make a few dens to enjoy as there are bars to enjoy alcohal.Put caps on it as far as what you are allowed for carrying and growing,like maybe 1/4 oz possession and maybe limit to 1 or 2 plants growing.Make a stipulation that if there are children under the age of 12 or 13 they are not allowed to grow or use in front of.
