<description>This is just terrible! 1.It&amp;#039;s for the children. If you are against spending on education, you are against children. How&amp;#039;d you like that spread around. 2.I&amp;#039;m sure the increase in cost went to more teachers, therefore smaller class sizes, which is good, because ... well, everybody knows that! 3.They adjust for cost inflation but not grade inflation. What&amp;#039;s up with that? Andrew J Coulson, you are obviously a mean person. </description>
