Good for you. Every company needs its apologists! I had to do the same for Apple in the late 1990s :)

All of you out there considering dumping Verizon to get an iPhone, just do it. I didn't want to pay my $110 termination fee either, but after only two days, I can tell you it was worth every penny (especially if you're a Mac user, not a Mac hater like Elaine). I'm convinced Verizon's never going to get the iPhone, and their two "iPhone killers," the BlackBerry Storm and the Droid...it's kind of sad. It would be like someone in a Kia trying to keep up with someone in a Porsche. I'm sure there are many Verizon apologists willing to argue with what I have to say, but hey, don't take my word for it. Go and try it for yourself. It's so far beyond anything else on the market today. Or, you can wait for those oh so cool Microsoft phones to come out LOL!

Only because AT&T has exclusivity with the iPhone. The tables would be turned otherwise. As a former BlackBerry user, let me tell you, there is absolutely no comparison. A BlackBerry to an iPhone is what a toy piano is to a Steinway grand.

I jumped ship to AT&T today, after a year of trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear by convincing myself (and others) that my Verizon BlackBerry Storm was just as good as an iPhone. I haven't even had my iPhone for a full day, and it's already far exceeded my expectations. It doesn't even do it justice to say it's everything the Storm wasn't, because it's so far beyond the Storm in capability and reliability. I don't give a crap if Verizon has "better coverage" than AT&T because the iPhone works everywhere I need it to, and it's such a vastly superior product in every way to the BlackBerry Storm.
