i am a salaried employee myself, but at least i understand that our country's competitive edge at the moment is its relatively cheap labors. imagine an 80% increase of minimal wage, what do you think will happen to most if not all of the factories here? or let's put it this way, what make you think us malaysian workers are worth at least RM1.8k per month?
