yes, but not anymore. I was in between 07/2001-2006. It seems that the role of M.P. changed alot since say Vietnam. When I was in Iraq we worked close with the Cav. Even got spurs from it.
yeah it was al little lame, but Im just sick of hearing about all of them, and people that should get the attention, seemed to be passed over. Bottom line is we already have laws protecting all of us. That hate crimes bill was just a waste of tax payers money.

Yes it is insanity. According to the new hate crimes bill, militay personel are not victims, but a bunch of flamers and he/shes are.
I dont beleave it is about saving the planet or anything like that. I all boils down to money. They want as much money as they can. Al Gore has made alot of money on the subject and is preying on the good will of his fellow americans.
I dont think most people can comprehend what we have seen and done. Its like the bond that way have to our fellow soldiers. Most civilians know about it but still dont totaly understand it. I have talked to others about my experiances but they get caught up in the acronoms and military terms and I find my self getting frustrated trying to explain these things. I can talk to older vets and they can understand me still and I dont have to stop and tell them what every little thing means or why the way I went about something.
I would not recomend the draft due to the simple fact that a all voluteer force is far better than any drafted one. Yes small numbers but they want to be there. Besides can you amagine the caos the liberal soldiers would cause. I think this country should stop fighting with one hand tied behind our back. When I was in Iraq in 05-06, The ROE was getting worse. They wanted you to make damn sure your life was at risk before you fired. That is one of my reasons for leaving the army. If your going to fight, then we need to fight all the way. But I dont beleave in sitting there after we destroy the country, A larger force at the out set of the war would have been able to destroy all the weapons instead of bypassing them and leaving marshal law in effect and totaly disarming the country untill it proved safe. Most dont remeber but the allies fought insurgencies for years after WWII.
Starbucks has been liberal for along time anyway. I never really like their coffee. I have been boycoting them for awhile now.
