Criminal mistreatment? How about attempted murder! They deprived this child of food and water ok? That usually leads to death. These insidious parents were systematically killing her over an extended period of time. If she had died then the parents would have been charged with 1st degree murder. She lives and they are charged with Criminal mistreatment? The proscecutors office should be ashamed of themselves.
And how many Italian cops does it take to escort an unarmed 120 pound woman? What's with the interlinked arms? Are they afraid that Knox will hop a Harry Potter broom and fly out of court?
This case gets even more bizarre. Italy detains suspects for a year without indictment then once indictment is handed down? They release them? And how did the prosecution establish that Knox is a flight risk? Do her parents have a fully fueled jet awaiting outside her prison cell? Does Knox maintain a journal of non-extradition countries under her pillow? Italy is keystone cops but not as bad as the French who protected Ira Einhorn for so many years.
I don't think any argument will save her prison time. With Guede getting 30 years on a fast-track sentence? Knox and her ex bf will spend the majority of their lives in prison. Knox did commit this crime and will pay for it as she should. Let's not forget that she took the life of a young woman.
I find it interesting because they both are in the center of a murder investigation which charges them as prime suspects. They have already turned on one another which raises even more red flags. Usually, guilty suspects turn on one another which is the case here.
Right. Ted Bundy comes to mind and she cleans up pretty well for being in an Italian jail for a year.

Simply reading this statement makes you wonder as an investgator. If I heard screams in my house then I would run to the source of those screams ok? I wouldn't cover my ears UNLESS I knew what was happening in advance. This suggests complicity on Knoxs part. If she claims she wasn't in the house then what is her alibi? Her boyfriend can't seem to remember which I find interesting. I also find it interesting the photo of the 2 embracing after the murder and Knoxs implication of another which was later exonerated. There are many red flags against Knoxs defense.
The major issue I have with the forensic evidence is that Knox resided with the deceased so Knox DNA is going to be all over that flat including all kitchen knives, hair brushes, etc.
Points taken. I have never been to Italy so am not familiar with their court system. The Euro Tabloids have already convicted Knox. Of course, I thought that the tabloids convicted OJ Simpson as well in the murder case but we all know how that ended up!
She should stand trial especially after being implicated by Guede. If Knox is innocent then her defense team shouldn't experience any difficulty exonerating her right?
