Yung basic monthly salary mo mang babasehan nung deduction. For example, monthly mo is 35k, dun ibabase ang contribution mo. Regardless if pumasok ka lang ng 10 days sa work.

You can pay your contributions Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual.

Based from your comment, it seems you are paying on quarterly basis. So yes, your next payment will be on December.

As for the the payment, you need to create an account first. You can do it through here: https://memberinquiry.philhealth.gov.ph/member/

Then Follow these steps:

1. Go to the PhilHealth website (www.philhealth.gov.ph) and click Online Services.

2. Choose the PhilHealth Member Portal and login.

3. Click the third module: 'Payment Management' and choose 'Generate SPA.' Input the applicable period to be paid for. The Member Portal will automatically compute your payable amount.

4. Click the green tab below: 'Generate Statement of Premium Account (SPA)'.

5. Choose MYEG Philippines as the Accredited Collecting Agent.

6. Follow the instructions based on the payment method and click 'Proceed'.

7. You may now pay through GCash, prepaid card, and credit/debit card. The service charge for GCash is at 2.5 percent; and 3 percent for debit/credit card, on top of the fixed P25.00 convenience fee.

Pag sakop ka dito na category, then you are a direct contributor.

1. Employees with formal employment;
2. Kasambahays;
3. Self-earning individuals and professional practitioners;
4. Overseas Filipino Workers;
5. Filipinos living abroad and those with dual citizenship;
6. Lifetime members; and
7. All Filipinos aged 21 years and above with capacity to pay

May exception lang sa kasambahays.

If ang isang kasambahay ay earning less than 5k a month, no need na siya kaltasan ng philhealth. Their PhilHealth contribution will solely be paid for by their employer.

PS:

This may not be a solid advice, as there are many nuances about philhealth deductions. Better to contact PhilHealth para ma-answer yung ibang mga questions.

Yes. Same table of contributions lang ang gamit. Since you are a voluntary member, you will be paying the combined employee/employer share amount.

Thanks for pointing out the issue. I've already fixed the calculator to reflect the changes.
