If more citizens would step up and take ther streets back then the crime would go down. It is time for the people of Portland to stand up and and stop the gangs and stop the violence. I support what the Guardian Angels are doing. They have been doing this for over 30 years and have been successful in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco.. and as far away as Japan and Israel. When will the people of Portland stand up for their community.. why arent more Portlanders not joining the local Guardian Angels chapter? why arent communities here in Portland joining up and fighting back?
