It's funny you mention Hawaii. I asked my sister the other day about it and how she's considering going to Mankato State instead. Why on Earth would anyone do that?

Given that it the wrap was purchased at the airport, I'd be inclined to give the place the benefit of the doubt. I'm not sure I'd go as far as to visit one of the DC area stores, but I wouldn't cast the whole chain as a failure because of this one wrap. You can try to leave some feedback. You'd probably get some vouchers or something, which I suppose you could use to test the DC branch.
