<title>Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : 4/2/09 - 4/9/09</title>
<link>http://theglennbeck912project.com/?page_id=920#IDComment18389945</link>
<description>Glenn spoke in favor of the Vermont decision tonight citing it as representative of the people&amp;#039;s will because a legislature, rather than a judge, voted it in. By this logic, the bill of attainder targeting AIG executives was upright and valid simply because a legislative body approved it. All stimuli, bail-outs and other profligate decisions rendered by House and Senate would, by the same token, be worthy of veneration. If elected representatives and their votes were, indeed, representative of the people&amp;#039;s will, we would not need this website. Glenn should reconsider his logic and retract his praise for this decision, which would likely have turned out the other way had the issue been made subject to the people&amp;#039;s will through referendum. </description>
