This is another waste of taxpayer money. The motel and convention center are to small to attract large dollar shows, entertainers and exhibitions. There is not enough parking and no easy access to events when there is something booked. The city has been dumping tax dollars into this site since day one. If there has never been successful management firm found to make this work, how is our part time, no expertise in sight council going to make this pay... I know, hire consultants.
